I offer a variety of therapy services to address individual, couple, and family needs. My goal is to provide effective and personalized support.

Individual therapy

You're feeling overwhelmed. You've been carrying so much—anxiety that won’t let up, depression that drains your energy, intrusive thoughts, or the weight of past trauma that still lingers. You've thought about therapy, maybe more than once, but taking that first step feels huge. Scary, even.

You might be wondering if it’s worth it, if you'll be understood, or if you'll even know what to say. That’s okay. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to start.

You deserve support. You deserve relief. And even if you're not sure what healing looks like yet, you don't have to face this alone. Therapy isn't about being "ready"—it's about being human, and I'm here to walk with you.

Couples therapy

I know things feel heavy right now. Maybe you're stuck in the same arguments, or feeling more like roommates than partners. Maybe there's distance, resentment, or silence where there used to be connection. Part of you wonders if things can ever really change—or if it’s too late.

Thinking about couples' therapy might feel overwhelming. You might be scared of what will come up, or worried it’ll make things worse. Maybe you're afraid to hope again, only to be disappointed.

But the fact that you’re even considering this means something. It means you care. It means some part of you still believes in the possibility of something better.

You may not know what the future holds, but you can start with what's right in front of you. Therapy can be somewhere safe, where both of you can feel heard and understood. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. When you're ready, I’m here to help.

 

Child/Adolescent therapy 

I see how hard you're trying. You love your child deeply, but lately, it feels like everything is a struggle—outbursts, anger, big emotions that seem impossible to manage. You’ve tried so much, and maybe you’re starting to wonder if you’re failing them somehow. 

You’re not. Parenting is hard, especially when your child is hurting—and it’s okay to need support. Therapy can help your child better understand and manage their emotions. It’s also a space for you to grow. You can learn tools and strategies to respond with more confidence, calm, and connection—even in the tough moments.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need a place to learn and grow alongside your child. Change is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
